Montezuma Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 6 cups boneless cooked chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups chunky salsa
- 2 cups sour cream
- 12 corn tortillas, cut into pieces
- 24 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 arrange half the chicken in greased 9x13 baking dish.
- 2 dot with half the salsa, then half the sour cream.
- 3 top with half the tortilla pieces and half the cheese. repeat layers ending with cheese.
- 4 cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 5 bake covered at 375 for 40-50 minutes.
- 6 uncover and bake additional 10 minutes or until bubbly.
