Grilled Chicken With Sassy Cirus Salsa

Total Time: 3 hrs 8 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin orange segments, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup grey poupon honey mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)

Recipe

  • 1 mix orange segments, pepper, onion, mustard, lime juice and cilantro; cover. refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
  • 2 grill or broil chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. serve with prepared salsa.
