- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved or cut into 1-inch strips
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
- 2 shake chicken, one piece at a time, with breadcrumbs in large plastic food bag.
- 3 bake at 425f degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown and juice runs clear when pierced with fork.
