Grilled Chicken With Pinot Plum Sauce

- 2 cups chopped ripe plums (about 3 small)
- 1 cup pinot noir wine or 1 cup dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe
- 1 to prepare sauce, combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan (a); bring to a boil. reduce heat; simmer 25 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally (b).
