Ingredients

- 8 chicken quarters, de-boned
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, heaping
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, heaping
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Recipe
