Ingredients
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup kikkoman soy sauce shoyu
- 1 piece ginger, crushed
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Recipe
- 1 marinate one hour, do not marinade overnight (it will be overpowering).
- 2 bake at 350 degrees until done.
- 3 baste every 20 minutes.
