Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh basil leaf, packed
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted
- 1 ounce light cream cheese (28.4g)
- 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons chicken stock (vegetable stock, or water)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, puree the ingredients until smooth. if too thick, add another tablespoon of stock.
