Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup wine
- 1/8 cup chives
- 10 ounces cream cheese
- 1/8 cup chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 peel and boil potatoes drain till all water is out
- 2 in a seperate pot 1/4 cup of wine reduce it down.
- 3 place pots in a seperate bowl and begin to mash by hand
- 4 add 1/8 cup of chive 1/4 cup of chicken broth and 10 oz of cream cheese
- 5 then add wine mix till creaming and add a little pepper to taste.
