Orange Glazed Chicken

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 1/2 lbs skinless chicken, cut into 8 pieces

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450.
  • 2 in bowl, combine orange juice, worcestershire sauce, ground red pepper, salt and pepper. reserve 1/4 cup sauce for serving.
  • 3 on 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" jelly roll pan lined with heavy duty foil, arrange chicken pieces. brush with half of remaining sauce. roast 10 minutes; turn chicken over and brush again. roast 8-10 minutes longer or until juices run clear when pierced with tip of knife.
  • 4 serve with reserved sauce.
