Orange Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 3 1/2 lbs skinless chicken, cut into 8 pieces
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450.
- 2 in bowl, combine orange juice, worcestershire sauce, ground red pepper, salt and pepper. reserve 1/4 cup sauce for serving.
- 3 on 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" jelly roll pan lined with heavy duty foil, arrange chicken pieces. brush with half of remaining sauce. roast 10 minutes; turn chicken over and brush again. roast 8-10 minutes longer or until juices run clear when pierced with tip of knife.
- 4 serve with reserved sauce.
