Grape Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grape jelly
- 1 1/2 cups grape juice
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup chicken stock or 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 using a double boiler, melt butter and stir in the flour.
- 2 once blended, add the chicken stock or broth and allow the mixture to thicken, stirring occasionally.
- 3 add the grape jelly, grape juice, dissolved cornstarch, and splenda.
- 4 continue to cook and stir until thickened again.
