Grilled Orange Chicken On The George Foreman Grill

Ingredients

- 1/2 orange
- 1/4 cup orange juice, no pulp
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
Recipe
- 1 chop the orange into pieces.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a zip-loc bag.
- 3 massage the bag for a few minutes.
- 4 let marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- 5 grill breasts for 4-8 minutes, or until juices run clear.
