Honey Mustard Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar chicken tonight light cooking sauce for chicken honey mustard
- 1 lb red potatoes, boiled and thinly sliced
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli stems, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 in a large skillet, lightly brown chicken in oil on both sides.
- 3 add garlic and saute lightly.
- 4 add sauce; simmer, covered, 20 minutes over low heat.
- 5 place cooked potato slices evenly in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
- 6 spoon chicken and sauce over potatoes.
- 7 evenly layer broccoli over chicken.
- 8 top with cheddar cheese.
- 9 bake, covered, 30 minutes or until bubbly.
