- 1/2 cup pineapple, concentrate
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger (or powdered or bottled)
- 1 -3 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken thighs
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together, add chicken, and marinate chicken for a minimum of five hours.
- 2 bake or grill chicken till done.
