Hummas Bake With Feta Cheese And Kalamata Olives - Ww Friendly

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 19 ounces chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 garlic, coarsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock (or vegetable)
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot chili sauce
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons kalamata olives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 place chickpeas, garlic, stock, tahini, lemon juice, oil, chili sauce, pepper and cumin in the bowl of a food processor. puree until smooth and transfer to a mixing bowl.
