Marrakesh Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 frying chicken, skinned and cut in quarters
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 tablespoon crushed coriander
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle and distribute chicken with salt and arrange in baking pan.
  • 2 sprinkle and distribute with lemon juice, coriander, oregano, garlic, and olives.
  • 3 pour olive oil over it. cover with lemon slices and bake at 325 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour.
  • 4 serve over couscous.
