Ingredients

- 1 frying chicken, skinned and cut in quarters
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon crushed coriander
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle and distribute chicken with salt and arrange in baking pan.
- 2 sprinkle and distribute with lemon juice, coriander, oregano, garlic, and olives.
- 3 pour olive oil over it. cover with lemon slices and bake at 325 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour.
- 4 serve over couscous.
