Ingredients

- 3 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 inches gingerroot, minced
Recipe
- 1 rinse chicken and pat dry.
- 2 marinate all ingredients together for at least 1 hour.
- 3 grill over medium heat.
- 4 sprinkle with sesame seeds when done.
