Mom's Black Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 inches gingerroot, minced

Recipe

  • 1 rinse chicken and pat dry.
  • 2 marinate all ingredients together for at least 1 hour.
  • 3 grill over medium heat.
  • 4 sprinkle with sesame seeds when done.
