Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 shallots, chopped
- 2 lbs frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup chives, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet over medium high heat melt butter.
- 2 add shallots and saute until tender (3-5 minutes).
- 3 stir in peas and broth. cook for 5-10 minutes or until peas are tender.
- 4 stir in chives and season with salt and pepper.
