- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (chopped or minced)
- 2 -4 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/2-1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a large zip-lock bag.
- 2 add your chicken pieces and place in the refridgerator for at least 3 hours, overnight is even better.
