Grilled Chicken Kebabs

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine marinade ingredients well.
  • 2 pour over chicken, bell pepper and onion.
  • 3 marinade for one hour.
  • 4 alternate meat and veggies on skewers.
  • 5 broil or grill until done (juices run clear).
  • 6 note: if using wooden skewers, soak in water 20 minutes prior to use so they won't burn.
