Grilled Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb chicken, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine marinade ingredients well.
- 2 pour over chicken, bell pepper and onion.
- 3 marinade for one hour.
- 4 alternate meat and veggies on skewers.
- 5 broil or grill until done (juices run clear).
- 6 note: if using wooden skewers, soak in water 20 minutes prior to use so they won't burn.
