Grilled Chicken Sate With Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 teaspoons gingerroot, grated
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, 3/4-inch cubes
- 2 medium yellow squash, 1-inch pieces
- lime wedge
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Recipe
- 1 combine soy sauce, lime juice, oil, ginger and garlic.
- 2 pour over chicken in nonmetal bowl.
- 3 marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- 4 if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes first.
