Grilled Chicken Sate With Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 teaspoons gingerroot, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, 3/4-inch cubes
  • 2 medium yellow squash, 1-inch pieces
  • lime wedge
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 dash ground cloves
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine soy sauce, lime juice, oil, ginger and garlic.
  • 2 pour over chicken in nonmetal bowl.
  • 3 marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
