Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

- 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- olive oil
- 3 tablespoons rosemary, minced
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 place chicken between two sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper and pound with a meat mallet until chicken is 1/4 inch thichk.
- 2 drizzle olive oil over chicken and sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. (can be prepared 4 hours ahead, refrigerated).
- 3 prepare barbecue (medium high heat).
- 4 grill chicken until cooked (3-5 minutes per side).
