Grilled Chicken Thighs

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons rosemary, minced
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken between two sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper and pound with a meat mallet until chicken is 1/4 inch thichk.
  • 2 drizzle olive oil over chicken and sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. (can be prepared 4 hours ahead, refrigerated).
  • 3 prepare barbecue (medium high heat).
  • 4 grill chicken until cooked (3-5 minutes per side).
