Henny Penny

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped (canned)
  • 2 cups celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons onions, minced very fine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 combine the 1st 7 ingredients; place in buttered baking dish.
  • 3 sprinkle with cheese and top with potato chips.
  • 4 bake 20-30 minutes.
