Julie's Yogurt Baked Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken pieces
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 cup . soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon . flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (not dry)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 place chicken into a pre-sprayed shallow baking pan.
  • 3 into a small bowl mix place all remaining ingredients
  • 4 (except parmesan).
  • 5 mix well and spread over chicken and bake 35 minutes.
  • 6 place parmesan on top and bake another 12 minutes.
