Julie's Yogurt Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken pieces
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 cup . soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon . flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (not dry)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 place chicken into a pre-sprayed shallow baking pan.
- 3 into a small bowl mix place all remaining ingredients
- 4 (except parmesan).
- 5 mix well and spread over chicken and bake 35 minutes.
- 6 place parmesan on top and bake another 12 minutes.
