Ethiopian Chicken Stew

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 lbs chicken
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 cups onions
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs

Recipe

  • 1 heat butter and oil.
