- 6 lbs chicken
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 cups onions
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
Recipe
- 1 heat butter and oil.
- 2 add onions and garlic saute for 2 minutes.
- 3 add tomato paste.
- 4 add chicken and enough water to cover.
- 5 simmer 30 minutes.
- 6 add hard boiled eggs.
- 7 simmer 20 minutes.
