- 5 lbs chicken wings
- 2 cups red currant jelly
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 place wings in large casserole.
- 2 bring sauce ingredients to a boil and pour over wings.
- 3 bake at 275f oven for 2 hours or until brown and tender.
