Ingredients

- 1 cup dijon mustard
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2-3/4 cup lemon juice (and reserve the rinds)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
Recipe
- 1 mix all together.
- 2 marinade chicken in marinade for desired amount of time.
