- 2 1/2-3 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, cut up
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 arrange chicken pieces, skin side up, on round baking pan or directly on turntable.
- 2 combine mustard and mayonnaise; spread on chicken pieces.
- 3 roast 35 minutes on high mix setting or until chicken next to bone is no longer pink.
