Ham & Spinach Quiche à La Manon

Ingredients
- frozen pie crust (9 inches)

- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cream (15% or half and half)
- 1 teaspoon of fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of minced ham (or 1 can of ham, chicken, tuna etc.)
- 2 tablespoons chopped spinach (about 3 nuggets of frozen spinach drained)
Recipe
- 1 mix together all the ingredients.
- 2 pour into the pie crust.
- 3 bake for about 35 minutes in 375 f oven until top is golden,.
