Ham & Spinach Quiche à La Manon

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • frozen pie crust (9 inches)
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cream (15% or half and half)
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of minced ham (or 1 can of ham, chicken, tuna etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spinach (about 3 nuggets of frozen spinach drained)

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all the ingredients.
  • 2 pour into the pie crust.
  • 3 bake for about 35 minutes in 375 f oven until top is golden,.
