Ingredients

- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth 
- 1 small onion, diced 
- 1 green pepper, diced 
- 1 stalk celery, diced 
- 1 garlic clove, diced 
- 1 small onion, minced 
- 1 cucumber, minced 
- 1 green pepper, minced 
- 1 stalk celery, minced 
- 2 tomatoes, minced 
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 
Recipe
- 1 combine broth and diced vegetables in pot. simmer on medium heat until vegetables are tender. let cool. 
- 2 when broth mixture is cooled, add minced vegetables and cumin, mixing well.
