Peking Chicken Burger

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten,seasoned
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- black pepper
- pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 lb ground chicken (i make my own from chicken breast)
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to medium-high; mix onion with garlic, egg, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
- 2 crumble ground chicken into the bowl; incorporate well.
- 3 divide into 4 parts.
- 4 oil your palm and shape into 4 patties, about 10-cm wide.
- 5 grill the patties.
- 6 turn once; about 10 minutes.
