- 1 roasting chicken, cut up
- 2/3 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
Recipe
- 1 brown chicken pieces in skillet.
- 2 transfer to baking dish.
- 3 mix remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until jam is melted and glaze is hot.
- 4 pour over chicken pieces.
- 5 bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
