Glazed Wings

Ingredients

- 3 lbs chicken wings, tips removed
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 arrange chicken wings in single layer on greased foil-lined baking sheet.
- 3 bake in oven for 30 minutes (turning once).
- 4 measure remaining 5 ingredients into a small saucepan.
- 5 heat and stir on medium-low until simmering. (makes about 1 1/4 cups).
- 6 remove wings from oven and brush with the sauce.
- 7 bake for 15 to 20 additional minutes, turning and brushing with sauce 2 or 3 times, until tender and no longer pink inside.
