Glazed Wings

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs chicken wings, tips removed
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 arrange chicken wings in single layer on greased foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 3 bake in oven for 30 minutes (turning once).
  • 4 measure remaining 5 ingredients into a small saucepan.
  • 5 heat and stir on medium-low until simmering. (makes about 1 1/4 cups).
  • 6 remove wings from oven and brush with the sauce.
  • 7 bake for 15 to 20 additional minutes, turning and brushing with sauce 2 or 3 times, until tender and no longer pink inside.
