Green Chicken Enchiladas

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 -4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can salsa verde
  • 8 -10 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups kraft 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook chicken throughly then cut into pieces or shred.
  • 2 combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, salsa verde in pot and heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.
  • 3 spoon mixture into tortillas and roll closed placing into 9x13 baking dish.
  • 4 once baking dish is full, pour green enchilada sauce on top then sprinkle on cheese.
  • 5 bake 350 for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
