Green Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 3 -4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) can green enchilada sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can salsa verde
- 8 -10 flour tortillas
- 2 cups kraft 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook chicken throughly then cut into pieces or shred.
- 2 combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, salsa verde in pot and heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.
- 3 spoon mixture into tortillas and roll closed placing into 9x13 baking dish.
- 4 once baking dish is full, pour green enchilada sauce on top then sprinkle on cheese.
- 5 bake 350 for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
