Maple And Orange-glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb baby carrots, halved if large
  • 2/3 cup chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 7 tablespoons orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 place the carrots in a saucepan, pour in the remaining ingredients and season well.
