Ingredients

- 1 lb baby carrots, halved if large
- 2/3 cup chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 7 tablespoons orange juice
Recipe
- 1 place the carrots in a saucepan, pour in the remaining ingredients and season well.
- 2 bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes until tender and most of the liquid has reduced.
