Herb-marinated Chicken Breasts

Total Time: 2 hrs 45 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients into a zip-lock bag.
  • 2 marinate chicken for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • 3 turn occassionally.
  • 4 heat up grill.
  • 5 when hot, place chicken breast on grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes depending on chicken size.
  • 6 turn chicken once turning cooking and continue to brush with marinate.
  • 7 don't use marinate after cooking, discard.
