Lemonade Chicken

Total Time: 2 hrs 40 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • nonstick cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 pierce chicken breasts (a few times each one) using a fork.
  • 2 pour undiluted lemonade into heavy zip-lock bag.
  • 3 place chicken breasts into bag.
  • 4 allow to sit in refrigerator for at least one hour
  • 5 spray bottom of 9x13" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 6 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 7 drain lemonade from chicken.
  • 8 roll chicken into cornflake crumbs.
  • 9 place into pan and lightly drizzle melted butter on tops of chicken.
  • 10 bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until lightly brown.
