Lemonade Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- nonstick cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 pierce chicken breasts (a few times each one) using a fork.
- 2 pour undiluted lemonade into heavy zip-lock bag.
- 3 place chicken breasts into bag.
- 4 allow to sit in refrigerator for at least one hour
- 5 spray bottom of 9x13" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- 6 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 7 drain lemonade from chicken.
- 8 roll chicken into cornflake crumbs.
- 9 place into pan and lightly drizzle melted butter on tops of chicken.
- 10 bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until lightly brown.
