Lemonade Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint or 1/4 teaspoon dried mint flakes
- 6 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 4 pounds)
Recipe
- 1 in a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients except chicken.
- 2 save half of the marinade in a small bowl in the refrigerator (covered).
- 3 add the chicken to the bag, seal and turn to coat.
- 4 refrigerate overnight (turning occasionally).
- 5 drain and discard the marinade.
- 6 grill, covered, over medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
- 7 grill 5-10 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear, basting and turning serveral times.
