Lori's Chicken Fajitas

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash tabasco sauce
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 marinate chicken 3 to 4 hours and then grill chicken till done.
  • 2 let chicken sit while preparing vegetables, then slice chicken.
  • 3 in skillet, cook peppers, onions, spices, worcestershire sauce and tabasco in oil.
