Lori's Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash tabasco sauce
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 marinate chicken 3 to 4 hours and then grill chicken till done.
- 2 let chicken sit while preparing vegetables, then slice chicken.
- 3 in skillet, cook peppers, onions, spices, worcestershire sauce and tabasco in oil.
- 4 cook till tender crisp.
- 5 add sliced chicken into vegetable mixture and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
- 6 serve with flour tortillas and your favorite fajita fillings.
