- 2 lbs boneless chicken cutlets
- breadcrumbs
- good seasonings italian salad dressing mix
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons wine (red or )
Recipe
- 1 wet cutlets with water: dredge with bread crumbs and place in baking pan.
- 2 mix dressing as directed and add 3 tablespoons each of lemon juice and wine.
- 3 shake well and pour over cutlets.
- 4 bake at 350 for about 35 to 45 minutes.
