Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup greek yogurt, low fat
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together, except chicken,
- 2 spread mixture over chicken, coasting well.
- 3 spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
- 4 bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until done.
- 5 enjoy!
