Low Fat, Melt-in-your-mouth Chicken

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup greek yogurt, low fat
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together, except chicken,
  • 2 spread mixture over chicken, coasting well.
  • 3 spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
  • 4 bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until done.
  • 5 enjoy!
