Maple Mustard Glaze For Ham

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients.
  • 2 tip: when using on ham, bake ham at 400 degrees, cooking approximately 10 minutes per pound.
  • 3 add the glaze during the last 30 minutes.
  • 4 you can also add the ham dripping (extended with chicken stock if necessary) to the remainder of the glaze in a sauce pan and bring to a boil for a great sauce!
