Ingredients
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 tip: when using on ham, bake ham at 400 degrees, cooking approximately 10 minutes per pound.
- 3 add the glaze during the last 30 minutes.
- 4 you can also add the ham dripping (extended with chicken stock if necessary) to the remainder of the glaze in a sauce pan and bring to a boil for a great sauce!
