Healthy Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheat pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup spicy barbecue sauce (you can use regular sauce if you don't like spice)
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups gouda cheese or 1 1/2 cups colby cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450°f.
  • 2 place crust on lightly oiled baking sheet.
  • 3 cover with pizza sauce and barbecue sauce.
  • 4 sprinkle with chicken, parsley or coriander, green pepper and cheese.
  • 5 bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
