- 2/3 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes, chopped
Recipe
- 1 spray a larg skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2 place chopped potatoes in the skillet, and cook for a few minutes.
