Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 avocado
- 1 large tomato
- 1 (3 ounce) package slivered almonds
- mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- butter
Recipe
- 1 brown chicken breasts in butter; cook completely. remove and drain on paper towels. to assemble, layer breast, slice of avocado and tomato. squeeze lemon juice to taste into mayonnaise; put dollop onto each chicken breast. brown almonds in remaining butter; top chicken. easy and very gourmet!
