Luncheon Chicken

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 (3 ounce) package slivered almonds
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • butter

Recipe

  • 1 brown chicken breasts in butter; cook completely. remove and drain on paper towels. to assemble, layer breast, slice of avocado and tomato. squeeze lemon juice to taste into mayonnaise; put dollop onto each chicken breast. brown almonds in remaining butter; top chicken. easy and very gourmet!
