Lemon Rosemary Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken thigh, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together marinade ingredients.
  • 2 place chicken thighs and marinade in ziploc; refrigerate 30 min-1 hour.
  • 3 discard marinade and grill thighs over medium grill about 6-8 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
