Honey And Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 chicken pieces
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 4 tablespoons clear honey
  • 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 heat the butter in a frying pan and brown the chicken on all sides.
  • 2 transfer to a lidded casserole.
  • 3 boil the honey, lemon juice and rosemary in the frying pan for a few minutes and then pour over the chicken.
  • 4 cover the casserole and cook in a pre-heated oven at 375f for 20 minutes.
