Ingredients

- 4 chicken pieces
- 2 ounces butter
- 4 tablespoons clear honey
- 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Recipe
- 1 heat the butter in a frying pan and brown the chicken on all sides.
- 2 transfer to a lidded casserole.
- 3 boil the honey, lemon juice and rosemary in the frying pan for a few minutes and then pour over the chicken.
- 4 cover the casserole and cook in a pre-heated oven at 375f for 20 minutes.
