Giblet Gravy

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups hot chicken broth
  • 1 chicken giblets, cooked and chopped (gizzard, liver, heart)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, on low heat, combine the butter, flour and salt until smooth.
  • 2 add the chicken broth.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 add the giblets and eggs.
  • 5 cook, simmering and stirring constantly, until thick.
  • 6 pour in a gravy boat and serve!
