- 2 1/2-3 lbs cut up chicken pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 in a large frying pan melt the 2 tablespoons butter and brown chicken pieces on all sides.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- 3 cover and cook over low heat, basting occasionally, for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
