Honey Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 2 1/2-3 lbs cut up chicken pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe

  • 1 in a large frying pan melt the 2 tablespoons butter and brown chicken pieces on all sides.
  • 2 combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
