Pineapple Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. serve on rolls or in pita pockets with romaine lettuce.
  • 2 this is better if left to meld in the frig for a while.
