Pineapple Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. serve on rolls or in pita pockets with romaine lettuce.
- 2 this is better if left to meld in the frig for a while.
