- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons chili powder, chili de arbol suggested
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 (15 ounce) can turnip greens
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
Recipe
- 1 saute onions in butter until softened.
- 2 add garlic and chili powder.
- 3 add salsa.
- 4 add turnip greens with juice.
- 5 add chicken bouillon cube.
- 6 cook for 10 minutes until the juice reduces.
